Had a scoop of ice cream, large for the price. Husband had the apple cobbler with ice cream. The cobbler could have been warmer but overall it was good!

We were on a bus tour and everyone wanted to go to the creamery after we ate at the farmhouse but everything closed at 6pm. We were very disappointed. It was Friday evening and everything was closed.

We ate at the creamery, which was good if you like apples. We had several types of apple donuts. The whole experience at the
Applewood was nice.

Good ice cream

It's not the best I've had but a decent treat. It cost about $5 per person for a double scoop. One of the ice creams I received had a gritty/sandy texture to it. I'm not certain what causes this with ice cream, but it's not the first time I experienced it. The waffle cones were fresh when we visited.

Apple Valley Creamery is located in Sevierville, Tennessee. A few years after opening The Creamery, we started baking delicious bread that was a family recipe known today as our apple cinnamon bread. We baked just a few loaves a day to make our apple bread sundae. Our commercial ice cream maker makes one batch at a time of melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
