very high priced, very discourteous, rigged air conditioner to work for 30 minutes so he could paid and leave,
he even admitted it over the phone, owner is very rude

fixes air to work long enough to get paid and then leaves, 1 hour later his repair mysteriously breaks, he thinks this is very funny high priced low service
