I am so happy with my carpet cleaner!

I just need to take a moment to say I am SO HAPPY with my newly cleaned carpet! Given the fact that a number of puppies (now young adult dogs) have been added to our immediate family, I really did not expect that all of the pet stains would be removed... but the carpet looks Brand New! Cleaned nearly all carpets in our home, including two flights of steps. The gentlemen who came were professional and kind and flexible and diligent and were able to get stains out of our carpet that another company could not. Definitely will use them again. -

Do not use craigs carpet cleaning

DO NOT USE CRAIGS CARPET CLEANING. They ruined my couches. They cleaned my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman and by the end of the night they had a rough textured feeling and reeked of mildew. They promised us a full refund then would not return our calls, or even pick up our phone. We had to buy new couches. Their excuse for not giving a refund is they did not have the money to return. They work on THEIR time and show up whenever it is convenient for them. Waited over 7 hours just to have them reschedule for the next day and ended up waiting 6 hours the next day for them to have to reschedule again.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service I recieved from Craig's Carpet Cleaning. My cat had an acident in my recliner. Mr. Craig came out and gave me a great price to clean the chair and guaranteed he could get the smell out. His price was so good I had him clean a second chair and the floor mats for my car.
