Horrible service and poor quality. I have spent 3 weeks now trying to upgrade to their Contour system for 2 tv's. Wait all day for their guys to no show. I have an appt window between 8-10am this morning. It is almost 10am no one has contacted me and I call to find out that the order is incomplete. No call or anything on cox behalf. Shitty service before i'm a customer will not earn my business. No wonder my friends & family have Time Warner. Go Fuck Yourselves...i took off work for this shit!!!Inconsiderate assholes...
