I've been using Cousin's Plumbing for my 11 rentals for over a year now and couldn't be happier. They are always so friendly, professional and all my tenants love them. They are always willing to work around my tenant's schedules and provide service quickly. I will continue to use Cousin's Plumbing and recommend them to anyone!
My title says it all. I am so displeased with the work performed by Cousins Plumbing in Carmichael CA I feel like I was robbed. A few months ago, I hired Cousins Plumbing to help repair a busted water heater in my garage. Normally I would have went to a more established company but I decided to give these guys a chance. Two guys showed up at my house looking as if they belonged in a prison line up. They were tattooed from the neck down and were leaving cigarette butts all over my garage when they did the estimate. The one who did most of the talking kept on answering his cell phone during his shpeel which I hate. I reluctantly agreed to allow them to do the work and it went all downhill from there. The following morning the same guys showed up with another guy and I let them into the garage and notified them I had errands to run. When I return a few hours later I was horrified at what I had found:
* Material was all over the place and they wrecked my garage
*One of the guys informed me they dropped the new water heater I had to pay for but it wouldnt affect anything
*more cigarette butts all over my floor
*The dented my 2nd car in the driveway carrying the water heaters into the garage
* They criticized the placement of everything
*they told me they would have to raise their price
If you care at all about getting good work done, your personal items, and not getting shafted, the DO NOT HIRE COUSINS PLUMBING IN CARMICHAEL CALIFORNIA!!!!
Cousins Pluming in Carmichael Ca is a scam and you need to avoid them at all costs!

Not only were they courteous and friendly, buy they also left the area cleaner than it was when they started
I called them on a Saturday night for a backed up toilet. When Nate from Cousins Plumbing showed up he was professional and quickly fix my toilet. He even mopped up the floor and bleached everything for me....
