Clean rooms and attentive staff

During my recent stay at this property, the hotel was in very good shape. The lobby area was well kept and in good condition. The rooms are clean, tidy and carry no off odors. The staff is very accommodating and ensured that all of our needs were met with a smile! We especially enjoyed Diana Rose at the hotel bar.

I have stayed in this hotel the last two years for a convention in town. It is a nice, clean hotel. Things are generally quite for a location in the middle the downtown area of such a large city. There is an indoor pool and gym. The issue that I had was no continental breakfast, which can be a cost...

We visited Louisville with our granddaughter to attend a function at the Center for Performing Arts. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff and a very convenient location for walking distance to good restaurants and to many venues offered in Louisville.

Recently, we stayed for four nights. The Hotel really needs some updating. For example, popcorn ceilings to give you an idea. The beds were comfortable, the decor was fine just dated. The staff is really friendly and the location is very convenient if you want to be downtown.
The best part of our stay was meeting Dianne, the bar tender....

Part of our Derby Package and a good choice. We came into the lobby at 7 am on the day our reservation began to check our bags prior to a horse farm tour. The hospitable staff was able to get us in our room right away. It's clean, comfortable and convenient. We walked all over downtown and loved the location.
