Charged for a room in didn't not stay in, the one room I did stay in was first e but the extra billing has me not wanting to go back to this location. There is a good smoke house restaurant just down the road

Dirty, no blankets or pillows for pull out couches and all amenities were "being maintanenced

Simple, don't stay here ever! There are plenty of other hotels to occupy. Management is poor, staff is over worked and it shows! The hotel was booked solid w 1 guy at front desk and a line backed up in the lobby.

Terrible Hotel

Nothing in our room worked! The cable was totally out and not updated for digital and the telephone in the room wasn't working. Something was dripping loudly the entire night and kept us up after checking in at 3am after a 9 hour drive. They out is next to an entire children's soccer team that was unsupervised and running up...

Pleasant hotel for wonderful price

This hotel is nice and clean, with a large comfortable bed, nice sized refrigerator and handy microwave, hot shower and free hot breakfast. Large indoor pool and very friendly/helpful staff. This hotel is in the middle of shopping central with lots of good restaurants to eat. Also very close to Fort Eustis. I would stay here again!

Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Bathroom toiletries not property stocked. I asked to switch rooms the next morning-- no problems there, new room didn't reek. however, the bedding in the second room had cigarette burn holes and the shower tub did not drain. Breakfast items (hash browns, scrambled eggs) were cold even though I was there 5 min after...
