Vinny Picano and his wonderful staff made our couples retreat an unforgettable one! The hotel is in a great area, close to everything including the highway. The rooms were very clean and nice and breakfast was an added bonus! Thanks everyone at Country Inns and Suites at Lake Norman.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. This hotel offers a lot for the money. They have a good breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt and french toast any so much more. During the week they have lemonade and cookies in the lobby, Also, offered grab bags and USA newspaper. Very friendly staff at the front desk...

Great Staff, (especially Vinny) and clean rooms

I stayed at this hotel for a business convention. It was a great experience from the initial phone call, to our departure. The staff was very helpful, and the Manager Vinny was funny and very accommodating. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I am Extremely pleased with my experience. Everyone was very pleasant, my room was great, the breakfast was wonderful!!!! I will definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family!!!!!!!!

Clean room and good service. Reception was fast and friendly. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Public and rooms are showing a bit of date, needs to be updated now. In general nice to spend an evening.
