After kids left the nest, in Florida, I moved to Tennessee. I moved back to Florida and moved into this apartment for the first time at age 55. It's been an adventure, meeting so many people. I have been residing happily at Country Club Lakes for over a year now and plan on renewing my lease when it is up February 2016. The office staff has been exceptional and always approachable, warm and friendly. The maintenance staff is terrific, they will address any problems immediately and are willing to work around my schedule. I work nights and they are well aware that I sleep until about...

very quiet community. The staff in the office are very friendly. The only complaint is that a lot of wildlife comes from the nature preserve. There are tons of raccoons at night.
