Very nice cafe

Excellent lattes. Nice cafe type of food - I've tried a couple of different items and loved them all. GREAT atmosphere and very nice staff. The owner is very friendly and takes his time to make us customer feel very welcome. Been visiting both in March 2012 and December 2012.

Gem in Lower Manhattan!

My family and I were in WTC area on Memorial Day weekend and wanted a bite to eat. We stumbled across this quaint little cafe (that my daughter convinced us to try), and were pleasantly surprised! Step off of the street into this cute little cafe and you'll think you've been whisked away to turn of the century New Orleans or Paris. The decor is lovely -- lots of wood, art nouveau fixtures, and a nice little fire place.

Different, nostalgic, quiet !

We are French, and were searching a quiet place with normal portions to have a break during our trip to Lower Manhattan. We were seduced by the quietness of this small and cosy restaurant. The decoration is antique-like and it is funny compared to the environment. The food is simple and cheap.
