Baltimore's Premier Alternative Nightclub including The Pub (our main bar, open 7 days), the Dance Club, and The Loft, our upstairs bar with 2 pool tables.

The original pub, which opened in September of 1991, has been a cultural melting pot for the past twelve years. In the beginning, "Central Station" (as the space was prior named) was the place for Happy Hour. Our infamous Happy Hour, grew from trial and error, and eventually in 1999 the upper restaurant was converted to what is now our Video Bar. A downstairs pool deck was also added after much...

This museum features archival materials about the development of Coronado, as well as tourist information. Exhibits include photographs of the Hotel Del in its infancy, the old ferries, Tent City (a seaside campground for middle-income vacationers from 1900-39), and notable residents and visitors. You'll also learn about the island's military aviation history during World Wars I and II. Plan to...

We were visiting Coronado's Museum of History and Art and saw this little booklet entitled, "Coronado's Architectural Gems, A Self-Guided History Tour" for $3.95. We skimmed it and decided this might be a fun adventure on bikes, so we purchased the book. The following day we set out on bikes fully equipped for an excursion of several hours (water, camera,...

This has to be one of the best museums in Balboa Park. From the time you walk into the museum, one feels as if they have traveled back to another time period. The displays and photos are wonderful……and show the contributions of the wide range of people who helped create San Diego right at the beginning. A perfect place to...

The museum is small, but this is a small town.I think they did a good job of putting together a collection of artifacts, news reals, etc.. on the Coronado Island history. It's a great place to cool just before lunch or dinner.Besides it's FREE, and what can you find is southern CA that is free these days?ans - not as much as we use to .

Museum of History and Art: Shrine to the Kingston Trio

We dropped in here because the place was advertised as a visitor center. However, it's a small museum dedicated to San Diego history and not a conventional tourist place full of brochures for local attractions. Those old enough to remember the Kingston Trio will get a kick out of the room with memorabilia tracking their personal and music history. Nothing...

FURIOUS! When someone walks in to a business at 4:46 pm & you tell them it's five o'clock, you don't care about customer service or making money.I have been trying to get over here to make a purchase before they close for a week. I finally make it inside & they tell me it's five o'clock! It is NOT. If it was five …

Dance Clubs: From a dance club to a swanky video bar to a casual pub, Grand Central effectively manages several dynamic operations. While awesome videos and billiards provide entertainment in the club's other sections, two bars, a video wall, a dance stage and a sunken floor enhance the cutting edge dance club.
