Help us make it rightThey do not know what they are talking about at all. I questioned many of the charges on the papers we had signed and none of the people in the office could give me an answer and then called someone to try and get the answer. After I asked AT LEAST 2 people and 2 times if there was anymore paperwork to sign and got "No's" everytime, there ended up being another piece of paper that needed to be signed with someone that was in another state for the weekend. Their service is terrible and I HIGHLY recommend to NOT use their service.
Not sure why this place is tagged under home repair, but it doesn't surprise me that they've screwed up communications. If I had a choice I would never, ever use this company again to handle escrow. The lack of communication was appalling, as was the length of time they took to return our pad check. I suppose there's a chance it has to do with our escrow officer as a whole and not the whole...
