I took my sewing machine there is December 2013 for repairs. The place was very filthy and crowded; barely a walkway to get from the door to the counter. It seemed very unfriendly. This was my first time using this shop and I will probably not go anywhere else. I won't buy a vacuum unless it's from these guys, as they really know their stuff! My Dyson runs like new and it is easily a decade old. Best $85 I've spent on a vacuum since I bought a Dyson! Please patronize these guys as they deserve your business.

If ever there was a business that was customer service driven, this is it!
I don't care what brand make or model vaccuum you have these guys will help you!
And if you are as inept in today's technology as I am, they will show you what button to hit to make it work and won't charge you a dime! Thanks so much!!
