This is my favorite place for sushi. The food and variety are wonderful, atmosphere simple but nice but what really keeps us coming back is Ken, the owner and staff. They remember you when you come in and do little extras to make you feel welcome.
Every few months they have special nights with sushi and saki, sushi and wine, but have to sign up quickly as they fill up fast.

I have been coming here since the grand opening. The owner Sandy is always here greeting and attending to her guest. The sushi is the best we have eaten in Charlotte.

I am a New York food snob I guess and have been ranting for many years that I cannot get good ethnic, Asian food anywhere in the Lake Norman area. Frankly, most of the places are horrible in Huntersville. A friend told me about Coral Sushi so I decided to get some take out today for the first time.
