Horrible customer service there is no way I am going back to that place after the bad service that the lady gave me she try to over charge me after me been a regular customer.

I came in to buy a course reader required at CSUEB as per my instructors directions. The woman at the desk was helpful, her manager was extremely rude. Rather than nicely explaining that she would need to print another copy for me, she yelled across the room rudely that I should have called first. …

Hit or miss with the staff. If your printing photos from a usb, your much better off going to costco instead.
