I recently got my ""first"" tattoo here. I'll be honest; I usually find walking into a tattoo shop it a bit intimidating. Mike and the rest of the staff treated me very well. They were not put off by ""novice"" questions and were extremely patient. I've been wanting a tattoo for a while so I've shopped around for several months.
