Run like hell from this company. They are total frauds. First claimed to have replaced a part on my AC, then said it was repaired and I determined through another ac tech that they didn't do anything. Charged me $936. Also, they removed Freon, claiming my AC was overcharged with it. 2 Days later they then had to return and put Freon back in the unit. These people are a real rip-off, total con...

The technician from COOL AIR team arrives exactly at the scheduled time. I had an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with COOL AIR and I was got a proper and a time to time service from COOL AIR.
