Help us make it rightI went to this company for help with my credit. At first everything was going well, payments were being made etc. But when I needed to get a hold of the guy in charge - Sonny. He was impossible to be reached. I would leave messages and he never returned my call. When I finally got a hold of him, he wanted me to fax some papers to him. It took me hours to fax him anything. The secretary would tell me that the same line they use to go online is the same line as the fax number. It took me couple hours to fax him something at times....which he eventually never received - so I had to go...
