We are a 6-physician cardiology consultative practice specializing in the evaluation of patients with heart disease, coronary blockages, valvular heart disease, and cardiac rhythm problems (arrhythmias). We have a strong emphasis on prevention, with an on-site holistic nurse and lipid clinic to care for our cardiac patients. We also have a specialist in women's cardiac care. Our diagnostic lab has fully-certified echocardiographic and nuclear stress capabilities, and our cardiac arrhythmia department cares for patients with palpitations, fainting, and cardiac devices such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators, as well as implantable cardiac monitors. We are associated with the Whole Heart Institute of New Jersey, as well as the New Jersey Center For Fainting, which specializes in the diagnosis and management of patients with fainting and autonomic dysfunction. When necessary, we admit patients to St. Barnabas Medical Center for invasive cardiovascular and electrophysiologic procedures.
