This is a very small security company with 35+ employees. It's run and operated by the owner, Vinny. He has no office staff, no business structure or organization. Hey, I used to be around this company and I was working there, how ever I was treated like trash and they owner Vinny, he only was thinking about us doing our jobs, however when we need help from him, just a miner, me and my friend needed to swap shifts that way my friend could of went to hospital to attend on his wife to deliver a baby, he refused it, we called him multiple time. in the end he missed the his child was born. now do you think I will recommend anyone to hire or to get hired by this company.
