Looks grand but is far from it? we stayed at the Congress for a quick 4night stay paid xtra for a premier room. we asked for a first floor room as my wife will not travel in lifts, did not get one floor up but three flights of stairs down. Reception staff was ok, only just? dining was a joke you were just like cattle in a stampede, food was cold, bland uninviting, we had pork three nights...
