Concorde Career College

First of all, I am not a disgrunteled student who got booted out of the Surgical Tech Program.  But I did witness that.  Director and Clinical Teacher pick and choose who they like and who will make it and who wont. Lucky for me, I did make it, but it was not a good experience.I had great attendance, great grades, worked my butt off only to be put at a clinical site that has the worst sterile...

My experience there has left me miserable. I went to talk to a counselor only to be brought into her office with another student sitting there. They are pushy with other programs that I had no interest in. The tests to get in are a joke. They are not professional and I could have sworn I smelled funny cigarettes on my counselor...Good luck if you go there.

I attended Concorde 20 years ago with a certification in Medical Assisting. I am back now in the nursing program. What is amazing about this nursing program is that you dont have to take pre-requs and then apply and wait on a waiting list like most other nursing schools. It is all done together. The first group of PTA students just started our first term of PTA classes. It's so exciting to finally be in the lab with brand new, up-to-date equipment and excellent instructors. I'm looking forward to the remainder of our program, and to meeting the next group of PTA students this summer.
