I have been a customer of The Computer store for about 10 years. There is know one in Sacramento more capable in his job than he is. I would not have anyone else work on my computer.

If you want a job done fast and not right DO NOT BRING your computer to him.
If you want some one to do the job right and to take his time doing it...

The store owners are supposed to be computer guru / professional in what they do for a living, Both of them would not even explain or even attempt to figure out what is wrong with your computer unless you leave it to them so that they may diagnose it... Even for the most simple computer problem. No answer. The man plays game with his customers. He makes the customers think that its all that...

Thank you for your wonderful help!!! I am so grateful for businesses such as this one (there are very few with such outstanding service). I had a huge problem with an HP computer & called HP but did not obtain help. In a minute I called Computer Store of Sacramento and obtained an answer to my question within couple of minutes! Thank you so much!!!

I can't recommend the Computer Store highly enough. Tess and Daniel are patient, smart, kind, helpful and diligent. Even after spending significant time on the phone with me solving problems that turned out to have nothing to do with the hardware they sold me, they are gracious. The best.

I haven’t been one to leave reviews that often in the past but the Computer Store (family owned) is most definitely review worthy. A little over one year ago I had purchased a laptop and printer set-up, and just recently had an issue with the laptop. I brought it back and they fixed it for free with a smile. They stand by there product! THANKS
