I've been here a few times, always in a panic situtation. They have fixed my laptop screen, saved my hard drive, and helped a friend who installed something incorrectly on their macbook. They are more than fair and always helpful. If something goes wrong with my computer, this is the first place I will always go. They are honest and really take the time to figure out the problem and help.
