Problem: Electrical not going to Stator so... "Stator checked out resistances"(mechanic), "mechanic" checked everything past stator and then said Stator was bad. Flywheel was ruined taking it off, key to flywheel lost, used impeller missing, 1/2 tank of gas missing, $200 to tell me the stator was bad, and when I checked & replaced the rectifier(toasted), I got fire to the plugs again.
Totally incompetent from management to mechanics. Created big electrical problems that blew out hydraulics and gauges. Refused to provide receipts for parts "purchased". Never fixed the...
Completely unreliable and extremely slow repairs. Very substandard work, had to return multiple times until improperly installed steering cable resulted in a totaled boat and multiple injuries....
Sub-standard quality of work on boat gel coat repair and detail. Excessively high prices. Unreliable management.
They suck!!! Incompetence is they're company motto, they ruined my motor, double charged my credit card and sank my boat and overcharged for shoddy work. They stole personal items from my boat and trid to sell them back fo me, bill is a liar, a cheat, a thief who also deals drugs out of the shop and knows nothing about boats
I just don't know where to start. My father in law has been taking his Tracker to Capt. Ron for repairs and it has escalated into out right theft. The boat is no no longer operable and Capt Ron has made unauthorized charges to my in-laws credit card. It has gotten to the point that it is now going to cost me to hire an attorney to resolve the issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!
