Long appointment schedules and long waiting time when you get to the office. Always delayed in seeing the patients. Office staff is not very helpful and rude.

Dr. Mariano Jr is a great and friendly guy, he explains everything to you and answers all your questions. He has been my wife's ; our son and daughter, even my Dr. since 2008.

HOWEVER since he moved to First & Olive its been vary hard to talk to someone on the phone to make appointments, plus the pharmacy that i go to cant get a hold of the office to ok the refills of my seizure medicins.
