Command Uniforms has the worst customer service out of any retail business that I can think of. I've dealt with them on four separate occasions and the first time or two I thought that the ladies who work there were just having a bad day. After that I realized that they are just downright rude, not just to me but to everyone that comes in. The one lady in particular is named Rhonda. She definitely needs some customer service training. I'm not sure if she hates her job or maybe just has a chip on her shoulder but she is a nightmare. She treats customers like children and that's if you...

I've experienced both ends of the spectrum. Seems to depend on who waits on you. They're nevr busy enough for them to ignore customers.
