Dr. Nelson-Wade is great, she an amazing dentist, but her office manager Dedra is awful. Dedra's attitude is horrible, she's rude, no bedside manners, rude to her staff and the patients. Their turnover is crazy, employees leave because of the manager Dedra. I don't know where they got her, but she does not need to represent Dr. Nelson's practice. Bad for her business.

I made an appt with no issues and was told at that time, 'if it has been over 6 months since your last cleaning, you may need more of a cleaning and insurance doesnt cover that.' I want to give a big WOW to the office manager, Deidre, at Comfort Dental, she really went above and beyond to satisfy my needs today & help me beable to keep my needed appointment today!!! with that being said this is my choice of staff and I'm very impressed with Dr. Nelson
