I went to them with a broken tooth. The Xray tech couldnt even get the machine working to take the xray. She wiggled the cords and still couldnt do it. Another coworker couldnt get it and yet another. The whole time my tooth is in pain because Im trying to hold the plastic xray in my mouth(5minutes) then she got it and didnt get the full tooth. Then the machine shut down, and she wanted to do it all again. I was ok with that, but when another tech came in and told her she needs to be at the meeting, I was done! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Unprofessional and Nancy was a total joke. She wanted to act like I was the problem, NO CLASS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I want to start by saying I was extremely scared to even walk into ANY dentist office. When I made my way into the door the front office receptionist was very helpful. When I was taken into the back I must say the assistant Maria made me feel very much at ease!! She seen how nervous I was and she talked to me all though everything she was going to do and even during. I knew every step she was going to do. This helped A LOT! If sitting in an Xray chair holding a hard piece of plastic on your broken tooth, while your xray tech and 2 other coworkers take 5 minutes to get the xray machine to work is fun for you just wait there is more. Then when she finally takes the xray it isnt even the whole tooth and then the machine shuts down and you know your in for another huge wait and even more pain then this is the place for you.
