Comcast Cable installed my cable line running across the driveway and thru my yard. Not only is this a safety hazard, but I cannot even cut my grass. It's been like this for a week now. I have made about 20 calls trying to resolve this, but they don't even care. I took pictures, I will post here for the world to see what fine work they do!
I have just spent over 4 hours trying to get help with my bill. I was transferred three times...call center in Mexico. I have changed my phone service and internet to AT&T. However, with no other cable service available, I have to use Comcast! I was transferred 5 times in one call. Comcast is the pits!
