This has got to be the worst customer service IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES.All they want to do is take your money and then give you bad service.Do yourself a huge favor at STAY FAR FAR AWAR from these people.Bad product and bad customer service.

You suck so bad. I won't bore everyone by explaining what very inept thing you did to me during my move but I will say that I cannot WAIT for you to be disrupted by content on the internet and go out of business because we won't need you for content any longer!!!!You'll never make it through this tech change …

If I could give them zero stars I would. Easily the worst company I've ever worked with.I went to Webpass which set me up same day for flat rate $50.Service is fantastic so far with them and the complete opposite of what Comcast has provided.
