Worst customer service... I called in because the modem has failed And I get you have to pay for us to come out and replace it ?....really I think I pay enough and because your equipment has failed I pay for working or not....how nice and pay more for you to replace it. Nice pyramid

I'm going to switch from Comcast because they jack up the prices all the time, just like they did when I had TV service from them. Not sure who I'll go to, but prices always go up frequently once you're past the introductory offer. Qwest was better, but I'm going to do some shopping.  (Hide)

Comcast customer service is a joke. They provide the worst service of all national companies. We had problems with our HD cable box. "Rick" at the office laughed at how we had connected the box and tried to give us a different kind of box with different connectors.
