This wire was brought down when a tree fell and has now been down 8 days (and thus effecting my service). It's a safety concern and blocking traffic. Three calls to comcast and still no one here....

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever seen. Literally everything is bundled through the router so when it goes, it all goes. Their answer- a five day wait for a technician. They SERIOUSLY need...

This company would be out of business if it were not for the monopoly they enjoy. Their product does not work half the time. Their service, if you can get some, is pitiful. It is a shame there is no competition in the cable industry here.

There needs to be a separate line for people who are delinquent on their account and/or have neck tattoos. Takes forever to get replacement equipment.
