Direct TV....don't even hesitate. Comcast / Xfinity is complete garbage. Poor customer service, no phone or on line support, charge to fix their broken equipment OR stand in line for an hour and a half to exchange for another piece of broken equipment. Anything worth watching cost extra, Internet supposedly high speed crawls. Dirty little secret is they only cater to large commercial customers...

I recently had to exchange my cable box at this location. When I got there, I signed in and received a number. There was a big screen tv and places to sit for waiting customers. It was fairly crowded, but I only had to wait about 40 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Perhaps it was because it was the holidays, but both staff and customers were very friendly.

My review is not for this office, it is for Comcast in general. I will be happy with a 1 star for the few people that actually seem to know what they are doing. Comcast recently rebranded themselves "XFINITY" in part because of the atrocious Customer Service associated with Comcast.
