The first and LAST time I buy from Columbia Used Auto Parts. I purchased a "low " milage engine and uopn delivery my tech noticed lots of rust in the cylinders. It took 1 week to get them to exchange it and when the 2nd one got here we noticed lots of sluge in the oil. When I called the owner they told me my money is unrefundable and that they sell these engines everyday to people in this...

Worst customer service imaginable. Staff are extremely rude. I called about a part, I was told that the part was available. I drive 1 hr and they tell me to come back 3 hrs later. I will never do...

On engine the junkyard sold me.On the receipt there is a warranty against excessive smoking and excessive oil consumption. But if you point it out, the engine they sold you, doing exactly that, they don't want to do anything about it. Basically the warranty is for nothing.

I purchased a part from columbia used auto parts, inc that I was not allowed to inspect or see until full payment was made. So I purchased a rear brake caliper for my 2008 ford taurus that was deemed to be defective by an ase certified machanic so I had to buy a new one. Upon the purchace of the part from columbia used auto parts I was told if the part was defective they would refund my money...

This facility is five acres of more than 1,200 smashed up, banged up and eviscerated cars and trucks. (It's a small place compared to the 200 acres it used to take up back in the '50s and '60s.)
