They provide trash service for $444 per year, something I can purchase on my own for $75 quarterly. They have no clubhouse to maintain, no pool, no playground, nothing in my neighborhood. They are more than willing to send citations for a single weed over 1.5" long in the front yard or a lawn that hasn't been mowed in 2 days. I have called the BBB, filed complaints, all it has done is make them target my property even more. Don't buy a house in a neighborhood if this is the property manager - it isn't worth the hassle. Buy something you actually own without having to ask whether you can plant specific colors of flowers in your flower bed or send in a detailed design if you want to add a bush to your front lawn. Not worth it!!
This was clearly written by a disgruntled homeowner who was fined for his dog being off leash. We know who wrote this despite him using a false name. This is the same resident who sent anemail threatening violence aganist the board president and got arrested. A really smart person!! LOL. It was just a matter of giving him enough rope to hang himself and he did. Needles to say there is no merit...
