What a mess! They removed the tree all right but they messed up the concrete around the pool. They came out and inspected the damage and then the owner told me that they would fix it. Part way through the OWNER refused to complete the work because of ""the economy"". Now I have a hole where their contractor dug out the flower bed, a couple of cracked walkway stones, and some concrete that was spilled in the yard.

Do Not Use Colonial Tree Care

The were to cut tree and remove stump near pool. They messed up the concrete around the pool and finaly agreed to fix it. To get the color to match I agreed to pay half to stain the concrete. Now they refuse. I am stuck with a grey section of concrete that does not match the rest of the deck at all. What an eye sore! I tried to be reasonable but I guess we go to court now.
