We offer a fun living environment for students and non students alike. Our apartments are within walking distance to Kirkwood College and a short drive to everything else. We offer free internet, cable, water, and trash removal. We are also cat and dog friendly.
Thank you new management for improving this place! What a crap place to live before! So glad I stuck it out a lil while longer. This place use to be the biggest dump. What a world of difference! Real mellow place where no one bothers you. A lot of college kids live there and it's a chill for throwing parties. Would definitely live there again.
Can't complain. Management pretty much leaves you alone if you don't cause any trouble. The only people that didn't get along last year were party animals that left their empty beers everywhere. Everything is pretty quality, great location, lot's of students. Loved living here, wouldn't mind staying another year but moving into a house with some friends
Sounds like an ex-worker that got fired or quite. You should not being using this site to bash these apartments! The staff is great and will work with you whenever you need help! Everyone that works there now is super nice! Never had any problems here. And ya there was some brakes in and I always seen tons of cops around trying to catch the people. The staff in the office and the maintenance man are super nice. If I ever have a problem the ladies in the office are great about fixing it. And when I put a work order in the maintenance man is there right away to fix my problem. And he does it fast. Over all the staff is GREAT!!!!! 2 thumbs up!!!!
