Located in the popular Birkdale Village this place should be stupendous. They have a great range of ice-cream with lots of mix ins added on an iced granite slab BUT... even if the temperature is in the 80s or above they never have more than three servers, often only two actually serving. Because adding a all those mix-ins to the ice-creams takes time this means that the line is often to the door and people often just walk away. My husband can rarely be persuaded to even go there anymore because of the long wait.
