Coastal was recommended by my boss, because I need a new AC unit. I called for an appointment. It was scheduled for last Thursday until i told her my house was in Miami. I was told somebody to get back with me. I called on Thursday and was told someone would get back to me on Friday. Guess they don't need the business. Unfortunately I am without AC.

I can not recommend Coastal Comfort. Customer service does not exist. The people that answer the phone are dis-interested. One young woman was short in tone to me and rude. I spent money on a repair, and the repair technician recommended that though the unit was working, that I should consider getting …

We have been using CC for 2 years for regular scheduled AC maintenance. When we experienced a problem, Tony, the owner addressed it personally, much to our mutual satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and expect to work with them for years to come.
