The first time I went for an appointment, I waited in the waiting area for an hour and a half before being seen. I recieved a brief consultation and was asked to sign a treatment plan which included an electric toothbrush for $130. I had problems with this office overbilling the insurance company and our family. Two and a half years after we stopped using this dentist, we received a huge bill with no explanation of the services rendered. The local office blames the corporate office and the corporate office blames the local office.

This dentist office is alright. I go regularly so i am used to everything they do. The dentists themselves are friendly and easy to get along with. The cleansing and such for the teeth is not really my favorite experience but it is alright and gets over with quickly.

This location is nothing but a rip-off. First time appointments are scheduled for a consultation and they only schedule the cleaning after you get there. They sit you down with a written consultation of services that they feel you need. Of course most of these are things that are questionable as to whether you really need them. They are there only to make as much off of you and your insurance...
