C & M Residential recently completed a project in our home where we repaved our front walkway, reset the steps leading to our front door, and added new drainage. They did a great job and we have received many complements. We were very happy with the work, and will gladly work wiht them again on future projects.

A great company that really listens to what we need or are considering having done. We have had nothing but professional interactions with the office and their crew. They have made some great recommendations that have made big differences in "fixing" our previously poorly landscaped yard. Avoid Michael Staley at all costs...typical sales person who does not stand behind their work once they receive their money.
Deck squeaks all over when you walk on it. I called and emailed several times and all they do is make excuses...they can't even send someone out to look at it. I spent over $20K and this is what I get. Company does not stand behind their products and wants nothing to do...

Michael Staley, of C&M, is extremely thorough and conscientious. We had a builder's pit in our front yard that was effecting our front porch. Not only did he listen to what we wanted but also presented his ideas. He laid out a plan (pit, porch, lawn, irrigation, sidewalk) and deviated only when necessary.
