Terrible! IDK what happened. Dropped off 3 healthy dogs for a week and picked up 3 sick, injured, unhealthy dogs. Although we called and everything was said to be fine, when I picked them up everything was not fine. My retired government dog had lost 15lbs, my mini Boston terrier had blood shot eyes. The people there are super friendly, and my dog seemed so happy around them when I went to pick him up after a trip! Just remember to book in advance during popular vacation times or holidays!
