We were impressed with the service we received from Razwan, from the moment we met him until we left with our new Tacoma. He is knowledgeable about the company and the vehicles he is selling. He was very personable and willing to deal with us.
Additionally, the finance person, Dan was great, explaining all our options; Kelly, the customer service rep, gave us a quick run-down on all the electronic features. Overall we are quite satisfied with our experience at Roseville Toyota. The entire staff is geared to making the process of buying a car as stress free as possible.

The service center is fantastic! I never feel like I'm getting a slimy guy trying to sell me something when I take my car in for service. My Toyota goes nowhere else for maintenance.

Several of the service advisors are really good and others are just ok. One of the mechanics was persistent with the Toyota corporate office in getting a seat defect fixed on my new car. He kept me in the loop and made sure the repair was done quickly and correctly.

Yikes! Had my minivan serviced. Every single person I spoke with (whether on the phone or in person) seemed rushed & stressed out. Repair bill was super expensive. Should have gone to a reputable shop & not paid the tremendous markup!
