The team at Classical Eye Sun, (I have dealt with Rose, Jokeem, Ryan and Caitlin) in Fashion Valley has by far the Best Customer service I have encountered in years, they truly listened to what you say and figure out what you need, even if you don't realize you need it. Yes they do have an "odd" return/exchange policy, but when faced with that they were quick to find something to make me happy...

They have a great selection and the people are really great, but they also have a wierd TWO DAY return policy. After that, you're on your own. Also, you have to return it to that location, not one of their branches like the one in La Jolla.
