I used to love citymd and now I'm never coming to another one. First let's talk about the touch screen check in. It's inefficient-- it doesn't scan the licenses correctly and it's a breeding ground for spreading germs. Then it took them almost an hour to see me with no one in the waiting room. Two stars because the staff was nice. Really should be 1 star.
