Unethical!!!

This towing company ILLEGALLY towed my friends car from a parking lot in the College Area!!! Anyone that uses this company would have to be out of their freaking mind!!! My friend is currently suing them in small claims court for this. Please DO NOT use this company, it is a sketchy operation and highly UNETHICAL!!!

Called to have a car towed out of my parking space at my apartment complex and no one answered. Why have 24 hours listed online if no one is going to pick up the phone if you call at night?
