Citicomm Wireless located in a nice part of Clement, offers a wide selection of mobile phones, and services. They have a decent number of wireless add ons, however they are a bit pricey. There plans are pretty good, however other places seem to offer more complying packages. The place is usually not to busy, and the staff is very nice. Recommended to give a look, as long as you can find parking.
