Honestly this branch's customer service needs improvement. Was not greeted when I walked in. First words spoken to me where "It's $100 to open an account here." Waited over 15 minutes with nothing...

Good customer service. Easy parking. Security guard. Never too busy. As far as banks go this one will work.

Looks like a lot of these negative reviews are old but it's a new year. I had no problems and the customer service was pleasant and helpful.
