Your customer service is horrible. I filed a dispute over a month in a half ago. I can not get my money back I've been told 7-10 days 30 times. I'm on an hour long call now waiting for a manager....

Well I opened an account with this bank and the banker failed to tell me that it take 5-7 business days to get my check cleared mind you like everyone I have bills to pay so I go in and ask them...
